Creative Proposals
The Petersburg Arts Council (PAC) believes in supporting artists. We work to provide the space, opportunity, and assistance for artists to create. We believe that artists should be able to thrive in their creative careers through their work being, seen, celebrated, and supported. Submit a creative proposal for the opportunity to bring your vision to life.
Thank you for your interest in submitting a Creative Proposal in collaboration with the Petersburg Arts Council (PAC).
Please note the following:

PAC reserves the right to review all submissions and may decline any entry that contains incomplete information, poor-quality images, or content deemed inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or inconsistent with the mission and standards of the PAC Creative Proposals and website.

Submitted photographs should be clear, professional, and accurately represent the artist and/or artwork being featured.

If your submission requires updated or higher-quality photography, PAC may provide referrals to professional photographers as a courtesy.

The selection, hiring, and payment of any photographer or other service provider is solely at the discretion and responsibility of the artist.

PAC does not endorse, guarantee, supervise, or assume liability for any services provided by referred photographers or vendors, including costs, quality of work, scheduling, or final outcomes.

By submitting this form and if accepted, you are granting the Petersburg Arts Council the right to display your work on promotional materials.
Submission of this form does not guarantee the selection of your Creative Proposal. All entries are subject to review and approval by the Petersburg Arts Council.
